I am local to Lethbridge, do you offer pick up to save on shipping?
We do, we have a drop box at our shop, and you can pick up orders at anytime 24/7! Email jon@crocdaddy.ca to arrange pickup, and leave a note in the online order form. We will arrange pick up as needed!
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, the home page has a list of discounts for 15, 30, and 100 minis! If you are looking for a wholesale bulk pricing, please contact us!
Why does my mini have a slightly different color than the online picture?
-Sometimes the filament used in the process changes, or we have to use a different supplier to keep up with demand, we always use as close to the true color as possible, but there may be differences. When regarding color change filaments ( such as rainbow ) different positions of the spool have different colors, so each batch will be unique as part of the printing process.
What happens if I (the customer) gave the wrong address for my order?
-If you don't know where you live, I also don't know! Contact the shipper given in the order to track your package, using the information provided.
My package was lost, now what?
-We use 3rd party shipping companies who deal with this kind of thing all the time, contact them with any issues.
My prints came broken, what can I (the customer) do?
-All of our prints are tested and inspected prior to packing, and we use all precautions we reasonably can, to ensure they arrive safe. If they get damaged during shipping, contact the shipping company provided in the order.
What is your refund policy?
-All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges, and no returns. Due to the cost of shipping, this service is non-negotiable.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
-At this time we only ship to Canada
